The place is pretty standard and recently refurbished, we did not want to leave there!

Every staff member is very amiable and strives to meet your needs. Make sure to get double room with TV.

The staff was nice and great, the accommodation was newly decorated and clean, with a triple room including a TV, and its very central location was a plus.

The location was good for visiting Tabor with easy parking on the street outside the hotel.

The Hotel Kapital is a tired 3* hotel in need of complete refurbishment. It also has poor sound insulation between rooms.

I couldn't believe the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The central location was also a big plus.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better was a more concentrated orange drink.

No parking available on-site, street parking required with meter feeding at 8 am. the lift was outdated and could only accommodate two people without baggage or one person with baggage.

We had a bit of a late check-in due to some miscommunication, but the receptionist quickly resolved the issue and apologized for any inconvenience caused. Once settled in, we found the room to be clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The location was great, within walking distance to the historical part of town and Jordan lake for stunning views. Despite the minor hiccups, we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

Felt taken care of, nothing too much trouble.

During my xmas holiday stay, the staff were quite welcoming and efficient and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the historic center. Despite the cold weather, I was quite impressed with how warm and comfortable the room was.

The thin walls and unreliable lift made it nearly impossible to sleep. We could hear children playing and father snoring from the adjoining rooms which ruined our peaceful night. The worst aspect of my stay was that the room servicing was terrible, with no change of towels or bed linens during our four-night stay. Also, the smell inside the lift was quite off-putting, which made us refrain from using it and instead take the stairs, even though we were on the 5th floor.
